| Grocery Shopping Services: | For those who have neither the time nor inclination for grocery shopping, we will do it for you from your faxed or e-mailed
shopping list. The charge for the service is 25% of the total bill, with a $25 minimum. |
| Catering Services: | Catering services are available for groups of ten or more. We will provide menus and contact information for the local caterers. Meals will be delivered and served by the caterers. Clean up services are also available. |

Reservations Policy
Reservations are secured by a deposit of 50% of the total cost, payable credit card or check.
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly
and we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 30 days
or more prior to arrival will result in a full refund, minus a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of your confirmed arrival date will result
in forfeiture of your deposit. However, you are always welcome
to send a friend or family member in your place.
There will be no cancellations accepted within 7 days of your confirmed arrival date.

Smoking allowed on decks only.
